What is a Virtual Assistant?

 

A Virtual Assistant (VA) is an entrepreneur and a highly skilled professional who provides administrative support and services to sales people, businesses, entrepreneurs, executives and in general people with more work than time.

VAs work as independent contractors from outside of their client's office.  The client saves all the costs associated with an employee; down time, water cooler time, breaks, payroll taxes, vacation, sick and overtime pay, medical benefits, office space, office equipment and training time.
